Closer Look
Taking the TUFF-'N'-TINY™ out of the box, I finally got the chance to see just how small it really is. Here is a pic of drive by itself and another with next to a penny to give it a sense of scale. From the top, we can clearly see it is purple with white lettering. Verbatim and the Verbatim Logo sit just about the listed storage capacity, 8GB.
Flipping the drive over, we see the CE and FCC logos. However, note the USB contacts. They must be exposed by their very nature, but the they are sealed in the plastic on the sides. If you were to drop the drive into water, it should be well-protected. In fact, I plan to test that later.
The TUFF-'N'-TINY™ has a top and a bottom. From these photos, it's easy to make the determination that it doesn't really have sides or a front and back to show off.

Here's a picture with the lanyard installed. With a drive this small, the inclusion of a lanyard was not only a good idea, but pretty much a necessity. It would be very easy to lose the TUFF-'N'-TINY™.
Installation
Installing the drive can be tricky, if you have never used this small of a device before. The USB connections will only make contact a certain way, depending on the orientation of your USB ports. It's easy to remedy if it doesn't work. Just flip it over. Once installed, Windows detected it as a removable disk, formatted to 7.44 GB in FAT32.
