Installation
Installing the commander is a straight forward procedure. Put it in place, insert and tighten its screws and connect all cables you need to the motherboard, etc. I want to take a moment to compliment In Win, the Commander shows an exemplary example of what modular cabling can be. Many PSU's needlessly make the ATX molex modular. Who doesn't use the ATX cable? On the In Win, it is the only cable not modular. Kudos to In Win for common sense.
Performance
We know that testing a power supply on a loaded system is not the very best way to do so, but you can not overlook real world testing. Other sites have methods that use thousands of dollars in equipment to provide them greater detail. But we do have a trusty digital multimeter. These sites and the method they use should be the true means of determining how good a power supply really is. We feel that showing you how it performs under real world conditions is also a valid measure of its performance.
To put the commander through it's paces under real world conditions, we're using an Intel Core 2 Duo 6850 system with a power hungry eVGA 8800 gtx, creative x-fi and several usb peripherals on top of the usual, dvd-rw, 2 sata hdd, etc. For this review, I went a step further and kept testing the Commander for over two months.
Average Results

| Idle | 3.372 | 5.0612 | 12.188 |
| Load | 3.337 | 5.0421 | 12.112 |
These are very respectable readings. The Commander is definitely a work horse. During the months of testing, I suffered several weather related power outages and a surge, but the Commander kept going, where cheaper PSU's might have been fried under similar conditions.
