Rambus has two patents invalidated


It seems that the ITC has invalidated two of the patents that Rambus used to sue Nvidia, HP and various other companies. But until the appeal process is completed the lawsuits stay valid. Hopefully, after all is said and done Rambus can get back to making new technology and not suing companies on old tech. But then again if time passes you by you have to make money the best way you can.
