We reviewed the UD3H some time ago and found that it was one of the best budget motherboard out there as it overclocked pretty dang well for its price. We can imagine what is in store for us with the new UD4H and the 11-phase digital VRM. Now, we will find out just how well this board overclock and other features it offers over the tried and tested UD3H.

Today on tap for you we have the new Cougar Dual-X 120mm LED cooling fan. Over the years, we brought to you several fans used for everything from general purpose to having one sole purpose. This new fan can go the route of the general purpose fans but from the advertising and performance, it is more meant to be a radiator, water-cooling or CPU fan. Let's take a look at what is sitting in front of us here today.

But like everything that comes through the Pro-Clocker lab, we have to put it on the bench to really see if it measures up and in order to see where this cooler stack up against the best ones we have ever tested. So, we will be testing it against the closed loop water-cooling units we have tested just recently.
