Restoring a Windows XP System When the DLL File is Missing


First, we'd better get a general idea of DLL file, let's see what DLL file is. Dynamic-link library (also written without the hyphen), or DLL, is Microsoft's implementation of the shared library concept in the Microsoft Windows and OS/2 operating systems.
