We said the Element V is a big and we mean it. The case stands a whooping 21" tall and has a depth of just over 21" making this case ideal for those that need and want a big case. The Element V comes in one color only and that is black. And being from the same family as the other Element models you know it is going to be able to put on a light show. Just what else does the Element V have to offer? You will have to read on to find out.
When we last took a look at a product from Swedish company Mionix, we found their Saiph 3200 mouse was a very good effort considering it was essentially their crack at the gaming mouse market. Tackling the industry heavyweight is no small task in this market, especially for a company so new. And while we were impressed with the Saiph, it was not without its faults, but we noted we looked forward to future product releases from the Swedes.
We will be doing a featured build around the new Clarkdale i5 – 661 CPU from Intel. I decided to go with the Cooler Master CM 690 II for the chassis of choice for this new build. The reason being is that the Clarkdale chips are great for media and Gaming and I figured the black with blue LED that the Cooler Master CM 690 II sports are a great choice. Not only do you get a sleek looking gaming rig but with a flip of the switch you get a beautiful media case without the bright blue LED’s. Let’s take a look at this beautiful new case from Cooler Master:
The Genius is a cooler that you would call a big boy. A cooler that is much bigger than your typical cooler. A cooler that is aimed at defending the heat that is produced by overclocked processors. Many will say their is too many coolers to choice from already, but when you have the experience of Dynatron chances are they can improve on things. The Genius aka G950 is an 800 gram twin tower cooler that is fully capable with all the current AMD and Intel sockets.
As Mass Effect 2 begins we take the role of John Shepard, commander of the Normandy in the year 2183. During this initial sequence the ship is attacked and takes heavy damage, forcing most of the crew to evacuate. Only Shepard and the helmsman “Joker” are left and we first take control of the main character as he makes his way through the damaged craft to save Joker before the ship is lost. During this rescue Shepard is successful but dies and we see his body fall through the atmosphere of a nearby planet.
Over the past few years Asus has made some serious inroads in the mobile market with a wide variety of products that target various lifestyles. What is even more impressive is how Asus so quickly entered the market crowded by entrenched players, and came up on top in a 3-year reliability survey published in 2009 (read the story here on Engadget).
But in the tech industry, each new product is a new beginning regardless of how reputable or impressive a company's product offering may be. With that in mind we will be looking at the latest gaming notebook offered by Asus - the G51J.
If you where to lost the Dynatron P-Secure enclosure and had very personal data on the secured partition, you don't have to worry about the founder looking at this data. The P-Secure has a secure partition that you can set the password. Once it is set you do not have much to worry about. But what if we took the drive from the enclosure what then? We will find out.
